Men Herb Returns & Refund Policy

We of course do our best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we expect that you will love our work and services..

So we request every customer to make video while unboxing the package we have sent to you. IF we delivered the wrong products, customer should inform us immediately within 3 days of parcel received so that we can send the right product. In that case we request the customer to send our wrong delivered products

Most of the Places around India, Cash on Delivery facility available, in case if not available we only accept the prepaid orders.,

Before returning the product, make sure with below mentioned following points.

(1) Product should be unused and in the same condition that we have sent you.

(2) The item should be in original packaging.

(3) Product seal should be intact.

Normally return process will take 7 to 10 days.

Refund : We offer refunds or exchanges for eligible returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

       International Orders  (Outside India )

We only accept the prepaid orders. For International Orders we have Available DHL, Aramex, and Speed post courier facility.
